See, as young bottles you’ll see the overflows of fresh plums, mulberry and spice mingled with a fresh acid line- beautiful. Give the wine a few years? You’ll start to see fantastic new aromas and flavours unfurl, giving way to earthen notes, tar and leather and baking spices. Maybe you’ll see some dried fig or meaty characters.
