Whisky and wine are a bit of a pigeon pair. They just work so well together. Red wine with dinner, then a whisky to finish off the evening. You know we love our Aussie reds here at the ‘Fo, so it makes perfect sense for us to dip our toes into the ‘spirit’ world with an Aussie whisky that’s been aged in shiraz barrels.
Enter Starward, a distillery amongst Australia’s upper echelon, and one that just happens to be around the corner from the Vinomofo office. It’s a tough job we do but no need to thank us.
Without further ado, allow us to present our second Whisky and Wine pack! We’ve taken five bottles of the acclaimed Il Padrone shiraz by Haselgrove, and that last little spot in the case? Well that belongs to Nova, Starward’s famous single malt whisky that’s matured in shiraz barrels.
