The sleek packaging starts what is sure to be a long journey of pleasure, and that’s before the cork leaves the bottle. 100% carbonic maceration for a week means all those punchy, vibrant candied red fruits that we all love in pinot come front and centre. Wham! There’s violets, candied blackcurrants and maraschino cherries. Bam! In comes the thyme, earth, and bramble notes giving some serious savoury sass. The layers are as infinite as the finish, both complex and distinctly memorable.
