Only so many people can champion the GSM blend quite like our producer here has. The traditional blends from France’s Rhône Valley don’t always quite hit the nail on the head for us local palates, however, this little number is ripping well ahead of expected quality. Soaring to heights you would expect from a typical Châteauneuf-du-Pape; think herbs and spices (not like the ones they talk about at KFC) and a satisfyingly deep core of inky blackberries, blueberries, cherries.... just a lot of berries! If we didn’t know better, we’d suggest GSM stands for ‘Gimme Some More!’
What is a Black Market deal?
Black Market deals are only made possible if we don’t reveal the maker’s brand on site. The wines are the genuine article – absolutely no cleanskins or fake brands, just dangerously good value. You won’t find out what it is until it hits your doorstep, but you won’t regret it. Just keep it on the down low.
