There’s only so many people that can champion the GSM blend quite like our producer here has. A traditional blend from France’s Rhône, that all too often doesn’t hit the nail on the head. This little number is ripping well ahead of it’s expected quality, soaring to heights you would expect from an entry level Châteauneuf-du-Pape- there’s herbs and spices (not like the ones they talk about at KFC), and a satisfyingly deep core of inky blackberries, blueberries, cherries... that’s a lot of berry goodness. If we didn’t know better, we’d suggest GSM stands for ‘Gimme Some More’!
