Hailing from Tarraford Vineyard, one of Yarra’s finest sites, and concocted by wino wizard Steve Flamsteed, this is a supernatural chardonnay of exquisite complexity. First it casts a spell with its ripples of white peach and dash of creamy cashew, then it charms you with a hint of grapefruit and finally enchants with its natural acidity and long finish. It’s a mesmerizing palate.
We’re not sure if the magic comes from the Tarraford microclimate, the genius of Flamsteed or the small vintage, but there is something about this chardonnay potion that has our spellbound. And you will be too.
