Barossa shiraz is not often synonymous with ‘elegance’ and ‘restraint’. But here we find a winery that have pulled off just that. That’s not to say the character is muted – far from it. The bountifully fruit-and-spice-laden palate is just beautifully poised to allow all that complexity to express itself without having to fight for attention.
