Erin Eyes, a project by winemaker Steve Wiblin have been making quality rieslings for yonks now, and 2022 is just another feather in his cap of standout wines. We’re pretty lucky to be offering this calibre of wine to you today. It offers a textured palate that is driven by acid and layered with all the citrus highlights you could ask for, with floral aromatics and a juicy, almost tropical finish. This is an absolutely delicious wine and certainly built to age.
