D'Sas Prosecco 2021

King Valley can turn out a fantastic prosecco. Maybe it’s the high altitude or deep Italian roots, either way the results are great.  D’Sas is one of the best in the business for this style. Previous vintages have got the nod from Tyson Stelzer as best prosecco out of Aus and we think this vintage is no exception. Freshly cut green apples with a touch of creaminess to round out the refreshingly dry palate. This is the ultimate park vino.
