There is care, history, and a well earned reputation for excellence in every bottle. This has beautiful floral aromatics and punchy acidity. Whole lemons and face-scrunching (in a good way - we promise) lime flavours drive the palate. Underpinned by a deep minerality, coupled with some grapefruit and kiwi that persist through the long, elegant finish. Perfectly finessed rizza. Good for right now, but will cellar for a decade yet to come.
