This producer is an icon of the Barossa Valley. You’ll know them and revere them for sure. This is their flagship shiraz, one that regularly delights the critics and finds its way into the most discerning cellars. We have very limited cases of this epic wine so don’t miss out. Some of the fruit used comes from vines planted over 150 years ago and the wine spends over a year in 25% new French oak. It’s pure silk on the palate, endlessly elegant and surprisingly light on its feet despite the depth of flavour. Plum, cinnamon, dark chocolate, pepper and cedar intertwine, making for some heady drinking. We’re loving how it’s going now, but can’t wait to see it after a decade and then two decades.
