This wine will cellar for 20 years, so take your time on opening it, but don’t take your time on ordering it. It’s a 60/40 blend of shiraz and cab that is racking up high-90’s scores and gold medals. The wine is generous with plum and red currant, all interwoven with brambly characteristics and herbal notes like mint, sage and cinnamon. It’s ripe, bright and complex with incredible balance and a long, rich finish.
