One of our favourite producers from the Vale...the Vale’s top red variety...a splendid vintage...aged in seasoned French oak...we’re in! Juicy berry ripeness, luscious plums, aniseed, cloves and dark chocolate - it’s all right there and looking stunning. The older oak barrels have provided some texture and soft, savoury tannins. This ain’t a massive shiraz, but more one that highlights how silky, smooth and savoury good wine from the Vale can be.
What is a Black Market deal?
Black Market deals are only made possible if we don’t reveal the maker’s brand on site. The wines are the genuine article – absolutely no cleanskins or fake brands, just dangerously good value. You won’t find out what it is until it hits your doorstep, but you won’t regret it. Just keep it on the down low.
