Let’s put it this way, it’s been a rough few years for Aussie pinot. People are loving it (and we can’t blame them) but the growing seasons have been pretty rough for our winemakers out there. Then 2021 came along. Amidst a global pandemic, pinot noir in Adelaide Hills shone like none other. Expect juicy, ripe strawberries and cherries up front and plentiful. The palate is slippery and smooth with a wonderful tartness due to its natural line of acidity, providing great length. When you’re in the mood, whip up a pumpkin and feta salad and splosh a generous amount of this pinot in a glass. You’re in flavour town!

Black Market deals are only made possible if we don’t reveal the maker’s brand on site. The wines are the genuine article – absolutely no cleanskins or fake brands, just dangerously good value. You won’t find out what it is until it hits your doorstep, but you won’t regret it. Just keep it on the down low.
